Bacon wrapped meatloaf

Ingredients
2 lb ground beef (80% lean)
2 eggs
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 tsp garlic powder
1 cup diced onion
1/4 cup BBQ sauce + 1/4 cup for top
1/4 cup ketchup
Salt and pepper
1 cup chopped cooked spinach (3oz uncooked)
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
1/2 cup shredded cheddar
5 slices of bacon
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix first seven ingredients. Lay out cling wrap on counter, spread meat mixture out into a rectangle to a half inch thickness. Sprinkle salt and pepper evenly. Sprinkle cheddar, mozzarella, and spinach evenly to one inch from the edges. Roll up meat using plastic wrap in a spiral, like a sushi roll. Use plastic wrap to move it into a loaf pan. (Don't leave the wrap in the pan!) Layer bacon diagonally on top, trimming to fit. Bake one hour until thermometer reads 160 degrees when inserted in the middle. Put under the broiler to crisp bacon, watch carefully.
