I'm a mom with a perspective from both  the professional culinary world to the "cooking for a toddler who will only eat from a yogurt squeeze pack" world. I write about my personal experiences working in all types of food service operations, from cafeteria-style to fine dining steak houses, stealing some recipes I've learned and customizing them for home cooking.  Feeding people and making them happy is the only reason you should cook, and the large families I've been surrounded by have immersed me in their hospitality and warmth. They have sparked my passion to make food that both excites and comforts! I'm here to help you find that creative spark in you, in and out of the kitchen. Go on!
