My son is a very picky eater. He used to eat vegetables like a champ. Now, if it's green, he spits it out. It's so frustrating! We've tried to be firm and wait it out, screams and tears on both sides, but it was turning dinner into a nightmare. This is where compromise comes into play, and when I say compromise, I mean sneakiness. Sneak the undesirables into anything he actually will eat. We'll work on the battle of the wills later, right now we have to keep him alive. So, one of these strategies involves squeeze packs, his favorite mode of consumption. I use the Infantino Squeeze Station. Here are a few ideas of how to get vegetables back into your kid's diet.
